Comings and goings in the fleet and leasing industry.

Bob Wagner's position as manager, fleet administration, for Eaton Corp.  in Cleveland has been eliminated effective Nov. 15, 2001. Ileen McManus and Rose Worthington, corporate fleet coordinators, have assumed fleet responsibilities. McManus and Worthington  oversee 1,592 cars, 224 light-duty trucks, 22 medium-duty trucks, 307 vans, and seven SUVs.

Warren Dudek has been named fleet and travel manager for Ventiv Health in Somerset, NJ. He oversees approximately 2,000 vehicles. Previously, he was fleet manager at Revlon for seven years, and at Goody Products for seven years.

Sergio Badillo, equipment records clerk, has assumed fleet responsibilities for H.B.Zachry Co. in San Antonio. He over sees 450 cars, 3,500 light-duty trucks, 450 medium-duty trucks, and 75 vans. He replaced Dominic Scarmozi, equipment analyst, who retired in October 2001.

Dee Spickler has bee promoted to fleet manager for Ball Corp. in Broomfield,Co. She is responsible for 130 cars, 20 light-duty trucks, and 50 vans. Her previous position was fleet administrator.

Leslie Smart has been named fleet manager for Heritage Propane Partners, L.P. Previously, Smart was employed with Auto Crane Co.

David Berke, former fleet  manager for ACTMEDIA and News America Marketing, has purchased the New York office of Auto Driveaway. Berke has been a member of the National Association of Fleet Administrators (NAFA) since 1987 and was the vice chair of the NAFA New York Chapter.

Rita Ennis, vice president of human resources, has been named senior vice president of PHH Arval. Joseph Weikel, a member of the PHH senior leadership team since 1998, also was named senior vice president and general counsel.

Russell Nelson has been named senior vice president and chief credit officer of Farm Credit Leasing.

Brian DeChant has been named account executive for Integrated vehicleSystems, a division of Rental Concepts Inc. He will be responsible for sales generation and account maintenance for the Midwest territory.

Doug Torborg has been named account executive for Integrated Vehicle Systems. He will be responsible for sales generation and account maintenance for the Southeast territory.

Mark Wearsch has been named manager of application development for RentalConcepts Inc. He will be responsible for all software development, computer hardware, and Web side development.
