In 2026, Nissan will introduce a Midnight Edition package for the Altima SR. The SR grade adds new technology, including a standard 12.3-inch touchscreen and a wireless device charging pad.
The new Altima is on sale now, available in the SV and sporty SR grades, with an MSRP starting at $27,580. Both grades are available with a choice of front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive.
Building on the popularity of Midnight Edition treatments across the Nissan lineup, the new SR Midnight Edition package brings a darker appearance. It includes a black V-motion grille, two-tone black roof, darkened window trim, black wheels, darkened badges, and black 19-inch wheels. It also equips Altima SR with dual-zone automatic climate control and a moonroof. It is available in these colors: Super Black, Pearl White TriCoat, Tactical Green Metallic, or Gray Sky Pearl paint.
The 2026 Nissan Altima lineup begins with the SV grade, which includes: 17-inch alloy wheels, an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Nissan safety shield technologies, and a remote engine start. Optionally, it can be equipped with the SV special edition package, which adds features such as a 12.3-inch touchscreen, dual-zone automatic climate control, and a moonroof. Also available is the SV premium package, featuring 19-inch alloy wheels, heated front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, ProPILOT Assist, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The SR builds on the SV grade with 19-inch wheels, paddle shifters, sport-tuned suspension, active ride control, and intelligent trace control for a more engaging driving experience. It also adds a 12.3-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a wireless phone charger, two rear USB ports, and sport seats with color-contrast stitching, gloss-black exterior trim, a leather-wrapped shift knob, and sport exhaust tips.
Altima SR can also be equipped with the SR premium package, which adds a moonroof, heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, dual-zone automatic climate control, ProPILOT Assist, a Bose nine-speaker audio system, an around-view monitor, and more.
