Lordstown Motors Corp. has received 40,000 pre-orders for Lordstown Endurance, believed to be the world's first all electric pickup truck designed to serve the commercial fleet market.
These pre-orders — which are not binding and may be cancelled or delayed — equal $2 billion in potential revenue for the Ohio-based OEM.

It was recently announced that Lordstown has entered into a definitive agreement DiamondPeak Holdings Corp. for a business combination that would result in Lordstown becoming a publicly listed company.
Upon closing of the transaction, which is expected to take place next month, the combined company will be named Lordstown Motors Corp. and listed on the NASDAQ under the new ticker symbol, “RIDE.”
