Q. What's latest ruling on livestock haulers?

April 2, 2018, by Todd Ewing - Also by this author

A. Livestock haulers and all other agricultural commodity suppliers were granted a 90-day waiver from the ELD rule beginning in December 2017, expiring in late March.

The waiver was requested by the National Pork Producers Council on behalf of eight organizations that transport livestock and other agricultural commodities.
