Former Mylan Fleet Manager Indicted on Alleged Mail Fraud Charges

CLARKSBURG, WV - Mark Rackley, a former fleet manager at Mylan Laboratories, was named in a 10-count indictment. If convicted, he faces a maximum penalty of 20 years imprisonment and a fine of $250,000 on each count of the indictment.
