The AFLA Conference theme of the year was "Learn, Innovate, Win - Improving Your Odds for Fleet Success."

Continuing the theme of self improvement, entrepreneur Weldon Long recounts how he went from prison to a homeless shelter to leading an Inc. 5000 company in just 60 months through the power of consistency.

The annual conference returned to Las Vegas, after a successful conference there in 2010. 

Packed houses are the order of the day for most of the sessions during the 2014 AFLA Conference at the M Resort Spa Casino in Las Vegas.
