Public CNG Station Opens Near LAX

TIMCO CNG has opened a public-access compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling station in Inglewood, Calif., near Los Angeles International Airport, announced Evergreen CNG Systems, which commissioned the facility.

Anheuser-Busch Converts St. Louis Fleet to CNG

Anheuser-Busch has replaced all 97 diesel-fueled tractors in its St. Louis fleet with new compressed natural gas (CNG)-fueled tractors, the brewing company announced. By transitioning to CNG technology, Anheuser-Busch expects to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 2,500 tons per year.

A 20-mile stretch of Michigan's interstate 96 and I-696 has been equipped with cameras and monitors to test the Department of Transportation's (MDOT) connected-corridor initiative, reported the Detroit News.
