Vodafone, Geotab Collaborate to Advance Telematics Platform
Both fleet management companies will bring innovative telematics technologies launching across several European markets.

Vodafone Business in collaboration with Geotab has announced a “strategic agreement” to drive better fleet management practices.
In a press release by Vodafone, the company says that it will be combining its automotive connectivity and service delivery capabilities with Geotab’s open fleet telematics platform to create Vodafone Business Fleet Analytics.
Customers will be able to access vehicle data and gain insight on driver behavior in order to monitor and enhance safety and security for drivers.
“Creating safer and smarter mobility for people everywhere is a shared vision for Vodafone Automotive and Geotab,” said Gion Baker, CEO of Vodafone Automotive. “By working together, we will not only support our customers in boosting the efficiency and safety of their vehicles but will also help introduce new and sustainable mobility models.”
Vodafone Business Fleet Analytics will launch in all European markets, starting with: France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, and the UK.
