Jon Toups was named president & chief operating Ooficer for Masterack. He assumed this position on May 21, 2021. Masterack is a major upfitter offering a large selection of steel and composite van interiors, pickup equipment, ladder racks, and accessories to vocational fleets. Masterack has multiple locations across the U.S., in addition to more than 300 distributors. Masterack is owned by J.B Poindexter & Co., Inc. and is headquartered in Social Circle, Ga.
Previously, Toups was chief operating & financial officer for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux in Louisiana, where he served from March 2019 to May 2021. As chief operating, administrative & financial officer, Toups was responsible for the operational, administrative and financial functions for the Roman Catholic Diocese, where he led a team of 13 senior managers with full P&L management responsibilities.
Earlier, Toups was senior vice president and chief commercial officer for LeasePlan USA, where he worked for nearly 12 years, from August 2008 to February 2017. In this role, Toups managed the corporate fleet division and the entire revenue generation efforts of the company. He led seven VP-level direct reports and 165 staff in leading and managing the corporate fleet division.
