Masterack Updates Leadership Team
Masterack, manufacturer of commercial grade van and pickup cargo management solutions, announced the addition of three key leadership roles reporting to the company's president.
Masterack, manufacturer of commercial grade van and pickup cargo management solutions, announced the addition of three key leadership roles: vice president of Engineering, director of Fleet Sales, and director of Marketing and Product Development. The new reports will all report directly to Ken Kozicki, president of Masterack.
Wayne Steele joins the Masterack team as VP of Engineering. Steele will be leading the engineering and R&D team’s transformation of new product offerings and engineering excellence. Most recently, Steele was the Director of Product Management and R&D at Hisense USA, a manufacturer of home appliances. Before his tenure at Hisense USA, he worked at Haier America as the General Manager of R&D and Engineering for Residential Appliances.
Matt Reilly, director of Fleet Sales, joins Masterack from FCA and will be focused on building and retaining a top-performing sales team dedicated to customer excellence. “
Jill Gorzynski, Masterack’s director of Marketing and Product Management, comes from a strong marketing background and education including five years with Liquid Controls, a subsidiary of global manufacturing giant, IDEX and more than three years leading product management and marketing initiatives at American Valve.
