The Ride & Drive and Vehicle Showcase is always a highlight of the Fleet Forward Conference, with over 15 individual vehicles participating in2025.

Call for Papers for the 2026 Fleet Forward Conference (FFC) is open. Applicants with a seminar or speaker idea are invited to submit an abstract for consideration through the Call for Papers portal. The submission deadline is July 15, 2026.

The Fleet Forward Conference (FFC) announces its 2026 Call for Papers under the theme “Leading Fleets Through Transformation." Industry experts, fleet leaders, and solution providers are invited to submit session proposals and speaker nominations.

Call for Speakers & Seminar Ideas

FFC seeks proposals that address the urgency of this year’s theme and align with the event’s pillars. 

Proposals should be grounded in tangible insights and usable frameworks for public, private, and global fleet managers.

Suggested topics include:

  • Navigating policy shifts, compliance, navigating scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions tracking, and emissions reporting.

  • Strategies for EV adoption, charging, and alternative fuels.

  • Data-driven approaches to safer, more sustainable operations.

  • Using analytics and AI to drive smarter fleet decisions.

  • Managing compliance, sourcing, and strategy across regions.

  • Exploring shared fleets, urban mobility, and smart infrastructure.

  • Autonomous Technology, next-generation telematics, shared mobility/mobility as a service (MaaS), fleet management as a service

  • Evolving fleet roles, driver engagement, and retention.

  • Leading through disruption, volatility, and transformation.

  • Reducing Driver Distraction, safety Technologies, driver risk profiling, safety training, and limiting fleet liability
