The price hike affects five vehicles across the brand's 2022 lineup.

Mazda North American Operations announced adjusted mid-year pricing for most 2022 models on April 2. According to the news release, five vehicles in the lineup will increase by at least $300.

The 2022 Mazda MX-30 MSRP is not affected.

The updated starting MSRP are as follows:

  • The 2022 Mazda3 starting MSRP increases from $20,800 to $21,150.
  • The 2022 CX-30 starting MSRP increases from $22,200 to $22,500.
  • The 2022 CX-5 starting MSRP increases from $25,900 to $26,250.
  • The 2022 CX-9 starting MSRP increases from $35,280 to $35,630.
  • The 2022 MX-5 starting MSRP increases from $27,300 to $27,650.

Mazda North American Operations is headquartered in Irvine, California, and oversees the sales, marketing, parts, and customer service support of Mazda vehicles in the United States, Canada, and Mexico through approximately 780 dealers.
