MINNEAPOLIS - Australian-owned mobile cafe business Cafe2U is launching in the U.S. with a fleet of 50 vehicles in Oregon. The company's plans include rolling out 3,000 Ford Transit Connect mobile cafes in the next 5 to 7 years.
