ARI's Best in Fleet Symposium

Emmitt Smith, former professional NFL player for the Dallas Cowboys and Arizona Cardinals, gave a closing keynote speech presentation on setting goals for a success.

The symposium featured several case studies from ARI clients, including MasTec, about how the company’s technology has benefited their operations. During a client case study panel with MasTec, (From l. To r.) Mike Ramsey, director of fleet solutions at ARI; Brian Santarcangelo, VP of technology solutions at MasTec; Jeremy Muoio, director of fleet and asset management at MasTec, and Jeffrey Cole, director of strategic solutions for ARI.

Ted Graham, head of Open Innovation at General Motors, spoke at the symposium on what he learned about disruptive innovation as an UberX driver and how to apply the lessons to various industries on the verge of disruption.

Carl Ortell, CEO of Holman Enterprises, discusses the current state of the business and predictions for the future. He also broke down the company’s various subsidiaries.

Chris Conroy, president and CEO of ARI and Holman Business Services, opened the second day of the Symposium with a presentation on where we are in fleet management with the use of data and being able to help corporations overcome business challenges.

The Symposium opened with a reception and dinner networking event. The conference was hosted at the 1 Hotel South Beach in Miami Beach, Fla., on Nov. 8 to 10.

One item they touched on was the integration of its fleet management portal with Amazon Alexa app that will allow its fleet clients to access their fleet data and the company's web portal with voice commands.
