End Distracted Driving

Attorney Joel Feldman admits that he sometimes used to drive distracted -- emailing, eating and even occasionally texting behind the wheel. But his perceptions changed. Find out why.

September 1, 2014

Attorney Joel Feldman admits that he sometimes used to drive distracted -- emailing, eating and even occasionally texting behind the wheel. Confident he was a good driver, he never thought he could cause a distracted-driving accident. But his perceptions about behind-the-wheel multitasking changed forever -- after a distracted driver struck and killed his daughter in July 2009.

Today, Feldman has essentially placed his legal career on hold, focusing instead on educating the public about the dangers of distracted driving. Here is a video of one of his presentations, delivered to a group of teens and adults.
