Mitsubishi Introduces Eclipse Cross During Total Eclipse
Mitsubishi unveiled its 2018 Eclipse Cross compact utility vehicle the same day Americans witnessed a total solar eclipse in a marketing tie-in for a vehicle that bears a similar name to a coupe the company discontinued after the 2012 model year.

Mitsubishi unveiled its 2018 Eclipse Cross compact utility vehicle the same day Americans witnessed a total solar eclipse in a marketing tie-in for a vehicle that bears a similar name to a coupe the company discontinued after the 2012 model year.
Mitsubishi will debut the 2018 Eclipse Cross at the Los Angeles Auto Show and begin selling it in early 2018. The vehicle appeared in Times Square on ABC's Good Morning America.
Social influencers from 10 countries were brought to an area outside of Salem, Oregon, to experience the new vehicle.
