Acura MDX Adds Second Assembly Plant
Honda will begin building the Acura MDX luxury SUV at its East Liberty Auto Plant in Ohio that also produces the Acura RDX and Honda CR-V, the company has announced.

Honda will begin building the Acura MDX luxury SUV at its East Liberty Auto Plant in Ohio that also produces the Acura RDX and Honda CR-V, the company has announced.
The move expands production of the MDX, which has been built at Honda Manufacturing of Alabama in Lincoln. Five of Acura's six products will now be built in Ohio.
The Marysville Auto Plant builds the TLX and ILX luxury sedans. The Acura NSX is produced at the Performance Manufacturing Center in Marysville.
