Nissan plans to begin rolling out significant automated driving features in 2016 as a step toward offering vehicles with "comprehensive autonomous drive capabilities" by 2020, the automaker has announced.
The automaker is leveraging its role in the Renault-Nissan Alliance to develop its "traffic jam pilot" technology for 2016 that will allow vehicles to drive autonomously and more safely on congested highways.
