Fuso Opens Dubai Sales Office
Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation, a commercial vehicle manufacturer, today announced it has established a FUSO sales and after sales branch office within its parts sales and logistics center in Jebel Ali Free Zone in Dubai.
Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation, a commercial vehicle manufacturer, today announced it has established a FUSO sales and after sales branch office within its parts sales and logistics center in Jebel Ali Free Zone in Dubai. The sales and logistics center has been in operation since 2007.
“FUSO is now able to offer comprehensive, ‘close to market’ support to our customers and partners in the Middle East region,” said Mr. Karl Hecht, General Manager of the FUSO Branch Office Dubai. “FUSO has been the No. 1 truck brand in the region for many years now. We are looking to further build on this legacy by complementing our already outstanding brand appeal with stronger sales and aftersales support. The Branch Office will play a key role in connecting our business partners and customers with the brand, to keep their business moving.”
The company said sales overall in the Middle East have increased 13.8 percent to 5,930 units in the first quarter, January-March 2014, compared to the same period in 2013 (January-March 2013: 5,212 units).
