ALPHARETTA, GA - As a company dedicated to achieving service excellence, one senior account manager proved that dedication by completing the Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) program.
Laura Mauter, who joined LeasePlan in November of 2000, is the first account manager at LeasePlan to achieve CAFM status. This self-study program requires personal and professional commitment from every participant. It consists of eight modules covering all aspects of managing a fleet, ranging from risk management to vehicle fuel management. Mauter was required to pass eight individual, objective exams to earn her new CAFM designation.
"This is not only a proud accomplishment for LeasePlan, but a testament to Laura's hard work and dedication to fleet management. LeasePlan strongly supports continuing education and certification for all of our employees.Whether it is our Women's Professional Development Series or utilizing NAFA's CAFM and now CAFS curriculum, we are dedicated to the advancement and training of our employees," said Brian Barber, national vice president, client services.
Additionally, there are several more LeasePlan account managers who are in the process of completing the program.
