DETROIT --- A major General Motors recall last month seems to have spelled the demise of a Farmington Hills-based supplier of heated windshield washer fluid systems.

DETROIT --- General Motors Corp. is recalling more than 207,500 Buick and Pontiac vehicles because of an engine defect that could cause oil leaks and trigger fires, Reuters reported.
