Fleets Share Best Practices for Successful Safety Policies & Programs

TORRANCE, CA – Some of the safest fleets in the U.S. will reveal the strategies that have worked best to reduce company risk and liability exposure next month at Bobit Business Media’s first-ever Fleet Safety Conference in Schaumburg, Ill., scheduled for May 22-23.
Vince Brigidi, president and chief operating officer of the CEI Group, will moderate the 45-minute panel session on “Best Practices: Successful Policies & Programs,” starting at 10:30 a.m. on May 23. CEI provides fleet accident management, risk management, and driver safety services.
The panel will discuss real-world experiences from companies whose safety programs have documented a significant reduction in preventable accidents and their successful use of MVRs to identify-high risk drivers.
Featured panelists will include Rita Knoll, corporate fleet & safety manager for Andersen Corp.; Theresa Belding, senior manager of fleet services for Forest Pharmaceuticals and 2011 Professional Fleet Manager of the Year; and Jonathan Kamanns, fleet services manager for Ingersoll Rand.
