MANCHESTER, NH – Merchants Leasing has promoted Diana Holland to the newly created position of director of Ancillary Products. Merchants has recently made significant reinvestments in its value added services, and Holland's promotion is part of this initiative. She has been with Merchants for over a decade and was instrumental in establishing many of Merchants' internal systems in support of customers.
"I'm delighted to be in this new role and look forward to introducing several new products and services that will have an immediate and positive impact for our clients," said Holland. "We're pleased to have added a comprehensive Safety Solution to our lineup and are in the final stages of securing a strategic partnership for a Telematics solution. And, we're continually working on process improvements across the board within our existing products and services suite. These service enhancements have already afforded us the opportunity to provide more comprehensive analyses than we have ever had in the past, allowing us to stay true to our consultative values."
Holland will be focusing on establishing strategic partnerships in new value-added service areas as well as spearheading customer-focused systems as part of the company's ongoing IT initiative. She reports to Glen Villano, chief operating officer, and will be located at the corporate office in Hooksett, New Hampshire.
