LeasePlan USA Names Schlesinger President, CEO
Jeff Schlesinger was named president and CEO of LeasePlan USA, a fleet management company headquartered in Alpharetta, Ga. Schlesinger succeeds Mike Pitcher, who retired as president and CEO at the end of 2016.

Jeff Schlesinger was named president and CEO of LeasePlan USA, a fleet management company headquartered in Alpharetta, Ga. Schlesinger succeeds Mike Pitcher, who retired as president and CEO at the end of 2016.
As LeasePlan USA’s new president and CEO, Schlesinger brings extensive experience in advising local and global clients on long-term fleet strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and project financing.
Schlesinger joins LeasePlan as the company releases strong annual results for 2016, marked by a 7% year-on-year increase in underlying net result.
LeasePlan has also announced plans to unlock the full potential of the global group and deliver more value for customers. “It’s a new day at LeasePlan USA, and I’m so excited to be a part of this family and lead this transformation,” said Schlesinger.

Schlesinger
Schlesinger is a 20-year veteran of GE Capital. The last eight of those years, Schlesinger served as senior vice president and managing director at GE Capital Fleet Services, where he was responsible for global initiatives, strategic planning and international joint ventures.
Prior to joining the GE Capital fleet business, Schlesinger was the managing director of GE Capital Water and Technology from 2005 to 2007 and the managing director of the GE Capital Markets Group from 1996 to 2005. Schlesinger started his career in the financial services industry working for companies such as Chase and CIT.
