A123 Systems Approved to Sell Assets to Wanxiang and Navitas Systems

WALTHAM, MA – A123 Systems received approval from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware to sell substantially all of A123's assets to Wanxiang America Corporation, and to sell its government business to Navitas Systems.
