ARI has appointed three executive vice presidents for global operations, fleet management, and technology and innovation, the fleet management company announced today.

Conroy takes over as EVP of global operations. He had served as ARI's managing director of global operations, as well as EVP and chief operating officer of ARI Canada, ARI's European operations, and the U.S. sales and client relations teams.

Conroy, who will help develop ARI's global strategy, joined ARI's Canadian operations in 1994 in client services and later joined the sales team in the U.S. He returned to Canada in 2003 as director of sales and service. In 2005, he became the vice president and then senior vice president of ARI's Canadian operations.

White is assuming responsibilities for ARI's fleet management team, which includes oversight of the North American supply chain team, North American Fleet Management Services group, six North American call centers and the global fleet management products and services group.

White has served as ARI's senior vice president of client and fleet services. He has played an integral role in the opening of two Texas call centers in Grapevine and Houston. White joined ARI in 1989 and managed several operational areas before being promoted to director of fleet services in 2001. He was subsequently promoted to vice president of operations in 2005 and senior vice president of fleet management services in 2011.

Haindl has been named EVP of technology and innovation. He previously served as a senior vice president and chief information officer. Haindl, who joined ARI in 2008 as vice president of IT, has been credited with playing an integral role in the company's expansion in Europe.
