Jaguar has provided additional details about the trim levels of its XE entry luxury sedan arriving in the U.S. in spring of 2016.

Jaguar will offer the XE as 35t and 20d models. The 35t will be powered by a 340-hp supercharged 3.0L V-6 engine that powers the car from 0-60 mph in 4.9 seconds. The 20d will feature a high-efficiency 2.0L Ingenium diesel that makes 180 hp and 318 lb.-ft. of torque.

Both models will be equipped with a ZF 8-speed automatic transmission controlled with a rotary shifter and steering-wheel paddles.

Jaguar introduced the XE sedan in September, and will sell it first in global markets in 2015 before offering it in the U.S. and Canada in 2016.
