Lexus is introducing its fourth-generation RX mid-sized luxury SUV at the New York International Auto Show on April 1, the company announced.
The RX will enter a new generation for the 2016 model year. It was first introduced as a compact SUV in 1997. The RX slots behind the larger GX and LX SUVs and above the new NX compact SUV.
Lexus released a teaser image of the new RX as it prepares for the unveiling.
Commercial fleets added 1,038 Lexus RX SUVs om 2013, according to Automotive Fleet data.
