GOTHENBURG, SWEDEN - Shown here is a video presentation that better explains Volvo's "road train" technology program. Although this technology is focused on their efforts in Europe, a road train (also called "platooning") is a concept that is also being studied here in the U.S., for example at Stanford. In addition, the state of Nevada approved the use of automated vehicles in order to accommodate Google's new program.
