When an officer in an unmarked police car spots a texting driver, the officer alerts a motorcycle officer who then pulls the violator over and issues a citation. Minn. Fights Distracted Driving from a Higher Vantage Point

During this month's crackdown on distracted driving, Minnesota law enforcement agencies are assigning some officers to school buses so the higher vantage point will give them a better view of drivers texting while driving. Here's a report from CBS/WCCO Channel 4 News.
