Ford is recalling an estimated 350,000 2018 F-150 and 2018 Expedition vehicles with 10-speed automatic transmissions as well as 2018 F-650 and F-750 vehicles with six-speed automatic transmissions because a clip that locks the gear shift cable may not be fully seated.

The safety recall covers 77 work trucks in the 2015 model year.
The F-650/F-750 lineup includes Regular Cab, SuperCab, and Crew Cab body styles, as well as straight-frame, kick-up frame Pro Loader, and a dedicated tractor model for special towing applications.
The F-650/F-750 offers a choice of three cabs — Regular Cab, SuperCab, and Crew Cab — along with two new tractor models. The availability of diesel and gasoline engines, plus gaseous prep packages, meets all powertrain needs.
