Four of the nearly 50 self-driving cars operating in California have been involved in accidents since September, when the state first issued permits allowing them on the roads, reports the Associated Press.

The accidents involved three Lexus SUVs set up by Google with sensors and computing power and one 2014 Audi SQ5 test vehicle being operated by Delphi Automotive.

Google and Delphi said their cars were not at fault in the accidents, which the companies said were minor.
