OPFMA Convention

When Sep 22, 2014 - Sep 22, 2014

The Oklahoma Public Fleet Management Association (OPFMA) is hosting its first annual convention on Sept. 22 at the City of Tulsa Police Headquarters building. The goal of the meeting is for fleet professionals to come together, share best practices, collaborate on ideas, and resolve problems.

The one-day convention will include roundtable discussions, a vendor showcase, a tour of Tulsa’s fleet maintenance and CNG facilities, and presentations from national fleet leaders. Speakers include Pete Scarafiotti, fleet director for the City of Mesa, Ariz., named this year’s No. 1 fleet in the Leading Fleets program; Tony Yankovich, sr. manager for Mercury Associates; and Paula Cowart, director of safety, training, and education for the Oklahoma LP Gas Research, Marketing, and Safety Commission.

The event is being promoted with NGVOK, a conference about compressed natural gas (CNG).
