Sue Miller is the manager of fleet program services at McDonald's Corp., where she has held that position for 26 years, and was inducted by Automotive Fleet Magazine into the Hall of Fame in 2012. Miller also won Professional Fleet Manager of the Year in 1998.
She began working in the industry in 1979 at ServiceMaster Industries before serving as a fleet manager for Keebler Corp. She then joined McDonald's Corp., where she now works.
Miller has been an Automotive Fleet & Leasing Association (AFLA) member for 24 years and served as vice president and president from 1996 to 1998. She also chairs the AFLA Commercial Fleet Manager Sounding Board, has been a NAFA Fleet Management Association member for 33 years, served as chairperson and secretary of the Chicago NAFA Chapter in the 1980s and is a founding member of the Women in Fleet Management Association (WIFM).
