Wayne Corum was named senior fleet operations manager of Verizon's National Fleet Support Center (NFSC).

Corum assumed this position in July and is based at the Dallas-Ft. Worth airport in Texas. Previously, Corum was assistant property management director with the fleet division for the City of Fort Worth, Texas, where he managed all city assets including fleet, facilities, and real property. Earlier, Corum was director of equipment services for the City of Fort Worth from 2006 to 2015.

The Equipment Services Department acquires, maintains, fuels and disposes of all City of Fort Worth fleet vehicles. Corum joined the City of Fort Worth in 2001 as a senior management analyst working in the city manager’s office.
