CHICAGO – Wheels, Inc., a leader in the multi-billion-dollar fleet leasing industry, was recently named by the Chicago Tribune as one of Chicago’s Top Workplaces for 2012.

The Tribune’s annual Top Workplaces feature recognizes businesses throughout the Chicagoland area that demonstrate the highest employee satisfaction rates.

Listed companies are selected based on the results of an independently-generated survey completed by their employees. The survey questions seek employee feedback on a variety of aspects of their workplace experience, including company direction, business execution, career mobility, manager approval rating, workplace conditions and benefits.

This is the third consecutive year Wheels has made the list.

“At Wheels, we are committed to the belief that our ability to provide great service for our customers is directly tied to our ability to provide a great workplace for our employees,” said Joan Richards, Vice President of Human Resources at Wheels. “It is always tremendously rewarding to know that our employees continue to recognize that commitment, and find Wheels to be a terrific place to work.”

Wheels and the other Chicago area companies whose employees reported the highest overall satisfaction rates in 2012 were recognized in a special edition of the Chicago Tribune published earlier this month.
