Steve Bloom, president, Enterprise Fleet Management

ST. LOUIS – Enterprise has promoted Steve Bloom to the position of president, Enterprise Fleet Management. Bloom’s most recent position was Senior Vice President of Enterprise Fleet Management. Bloom reports to Pam Nicholson, President and Chief Operating Officer of Enterprise Holdings.

“Mr. Bloom’s promotion reflects his leadership and contributions to the success and growth of the company and the Fleet Management business,” a company spokesperson stated.

Bloom began his career with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 1983 as a management trainee at one of the company’s rental offices in Southern California. The company eventually promoted him to Assistant Branch Manager and eventually to Area Rental Manager in the company’s Southern California Group.

In 1989, Bloom moved to the retail leasing division where he took on new responsibilities as Group Sales Manager in the Southern California group. In 1995, the company promoted Bloom to the position of Vice President of Fleet Management in Southern California.

In 2001, Enterprise named Bloom Senior Vice President of Enterprise Fleet Management, and in 2006, his responsibilities expanded to include strategic planning and guidance for the company’s Car Sales division.

Bloom and his wife, Kelly, have two grown children and reside in St. Louis.
