DETROIT – In the ongoing story regarding Saab’s future, a Detroit News story reported that General Motors will block the sale of the Swedish automaker. In November, GM said it would not support the sale of Saab to two Chinese automakers due to concerns about GM technology used in Saab vehicles. Saab is currently in talks with Youngman and a bank in China about potential equity interest in the automaker.
