TROLLHATTAN, SWEDEN – Saab said earlier this week that it hopes to work out a deal with Pang Da and Youngman after General Motors stated concerns about the sale, according to an article in Bloomberg Business and from a press statement from Saab. GM wouldn’t allow those companies to use its technology if they purchase the Swedish automaker

The press statement from Saab reads as follows: "Swan and Saab Automobile acknowledge the position taken by General Motors and will now discuss with Pang Da and Youngman to see whether a structure can be agreed which is acceptable to all parties concerned."
