CINCINNATI - Mike Albert Vehicle Fleet Management, a national leader in the fleet management industry, has realigned its organizational structure to support current and future growth.

Chuck Ruzicka, Mike Albert's current Chief Information Officer, has been named Vice President of Operations. The position will oversee all of Mike Albert's operational departments and be responsible for increasing efficiency, as well as ensuring the company's capacity for additional expansion. Ruzicka will continue to serve as CIO.

Additionally, Sheri Hardesty has been named Vice President of Business Intelligence & Quality Assurance. The position will be responsible for identifying process enhancements, driving productivity, and sustaining Mike Albert's commitment to a high level of service throughout the company's growth.

Phillip Schneider, Vice President of Sales & Marketing, will assume responsibility for Mike Albert's Customer Service operation, in addition to his current responsibilities.
