CINCINNATI - Mike Albert Vehicle Fleet Management has been named as a 2010 Top Workplace in the midsize employer category for Greater Cincinnati. The award is presented by Enquirer Media.

The honorees were selected based entirely on the results of an anonymous employee survey. The survey measures employees' satisfaction with their position, compensation, benefits, work environment and more. It also asks employees to rate their satisfaction with management and the direction of the company.

"At Mike Albert, we combine our respected history with customer focus and employee development opportunities," said President Marty Betagole. "As our company embarks on the next phase of its growth, we are proud to be recognized as one of Cincinnati's Top Workplaces."

The Top Workplaces award is open to any company in the Greater Cincinnati area with at least 50 employees. In order to qualify, at least 30 percent of a company's employees must participate in the survey. Mike Albert had an 81 percent employee participation rate.

Of all the midsize businesses that were nominated in Greater Cincinnati, only 20 were selected as Top Workplaces. This was the first time Mike Albert was nominated for the award. The winner of each division was announced in a special supplement to the June 27th issue of The Cincinnati Enquirer.
