MISSISSAUGA, ON - Automotive Resources International (ARI), a global fleet solutions provider specializing in complex car and truck fleets, announced the opening of a new Technical Contact Center at its Canadian headquarters in Mississauga.

The new facility offers bilingual fleet support 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.  It is staffed by 65 licensed technicians and analysts.

According to ARI Canada President Fred Booth, the operation incorporates state-of-the-art call center software that measures historical data to forecast future call volumes and create staffing schedules. An on-site training center allows convenient, regular ASE training and facilitation of certification programs.

"The new facility and the implementation of the specialized software have already allowed us to increase service levels to our customers beyond our previous industry-leading performance," commented Booth.

The Technical Contact Center is just part of a newly-renovated and enlarged ARI Canada headquarters in Mississauga, Ontario.  While all headquarters departments have been broadened, the Account Management and Client Service areas have expanded the most due to the company's growth, according to Booth.

ARI is the largest fleet management company in Canada with some 228 employees and a managed fleet vehicle inventory of 120,000.  It includes six operational and sales facilities in four Canadian provinces:  Ontario, Quebec, Alberta and British Columbia.
