NATICK, MA  --- Sterling Autobody Centers Inc. announced it has signed an agreement with ALLDATA that will place the company's collision and mechanical repair data in each of Sterling's 60-plus locations.

"We're excited to bring ALLDATA's comprehensive repair data into the Sterling network," said Nick Notte, Sterling's president. "ALLDATA information, along with that of I-CAR, Tech-COR and others, becomes yet another tool to ensure the facilitation of informed and quality repairs, the first time."

Notte also sits on the board of directors of the National Auto Body Council (NABC).

"ALLDATA Collision allows auto collision shops to repair vehicles to Original Equipment Manufacturer standards," said Wayne Mitchell, ALLDATA director of national accounts. "The detailed procedures can help cut cycle times, reduce supplements and provide proper documentation to consumers and insurers."

Sterling said it was one of the first consolidator networks of collision repair facilities to attain I-CAR Gold Class status and remains a Gold Class business today.
