PICO RIVERA, CAA fire destroyed four big rigs in the parking lot of Rush Truck Leasing Company Friday morning, according to the Daily News. No one was hurt.

The vehicle fire at 7833 Telegraph Road was reported about 2:40 a.m., and firefighters declared a knockdown just after 3 a.m., a Los Angeles County Fire Department dispatch supervisor said.

At one point, one of the semi's gas tanks apparently ruptured, causing fuel to drip in front of the parked trucks. The roughly 100-foot fuel line then caught on fire, creating a wall of flames about eight feet high before firefighters put it out, RMG News reported.

No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire was under investigation, the dispatch supervisor said.
