MINNEAPOLIS --- An ABRA Auto Body & Glass center in Eau Claire, WI, has earned the franchise system's President's Club award as the company's leading repair shop among those with yearly revenue of under $2 million.

ABRA Auto Body & Glass is a national company specializing in collision repair, paintless dent removal, and auto glass repair and replacement. The company has 95 facilities in 11 states.

ABRA's President's Club winners are determined based on three sets of criteria: Percent of sales increase over the previous year, I-CAR status, and customer service index (CSI) rating.

"We have always been pleased with the exceptional work our Eau Claire team delivers year after year. By having a spectacular year in 2008, they, without question, deserve to be recognized by ABRA as one of the best in our system," said Wayne Kelly, ABRA's director of franchise operations.

The Eau Claire center's revenue increase from 2007 to 2008 was 11 percent. The franchise also achieved I-CAR Gold status, which is the highest recognition for training a business can earn in the collision industry, and achieved a 100 percent CSI score.

"These numbers prove that our entire team was sales, quality and customer service oriented throughout the entire year," said Mike Keil, director of operations for ABRA-Eau Claire.
