PHILADELPHIA– Demetra Markopoulos, the author of the CarsDiva blog, has announced the beta launch of her new online social networking community, www.CarsDiva.com. The site is specifically created for women automotive consumers, enthusiasts, and those working within automotive-related industries, according to www.businesswire.com.

CarsDiva.com features the standard attributes of a dynamic social network, including user Web pages that can be customized by each member, text message boards, photo albums, audio/video uploading and blogging, and RSS feeds. However, it is specialized for the car business with the addition of many features that are uniquely fashioned for automotive consumers and retailers.

CarsDiva.com will also encompass an easy-to-use automotive dealer ranking and review system, where consumers can go to rate their dealership sales and service experience, or discover what neighbors think of their local new or used car retailers. Another integrated feature is the mass collaboration, or "focus group design center," where manufacturers or vendors can seek member insight in a public or private group, and members can voice their opinions on vehicle design and marketing issues, both individually and in a collective survey format. Additionally, the CarsDiva.com site will include a user generated ongoing Wiki, or "collective wisdom FAQ," on all car related topics, as well as a "CarsDiva Classifieds" section, where members can search for new or used vehicles from a local dealer.

CarsDiva.com, founded and led by Markopoulos, is a product of the Corporation of Automotive Relationship Systems, Inc. (CARS, Inc.), which specializes in creating and managing state-of-the-art, automotive-related professional and social online communities.
