NORTHBROOK, IL – Donlen Corp. has shifted executive positions and responsibilities in a senior management reorganization, announced CEO Gary Rappeport. Ray Fisher will be transitioning from President and COO to a more flexible non-operating role of Senior Advisor based in Michigan effective November 1st. Fisher’s position of President and COO will not be filled, but instead, responsibilities will be split between Rappeport, Callahan, and Steel. Tom Callahan has been named Executive VP, continuing his responsibilities for customer service, purchasing, remarketing, adding human resources, IT quality, and international operations in Canada and Mexico. Barry Steel’s role as senior VP of Sales and Marketing is shifting to increased strategic responsibilities in marketing, corporate communication, consulting, product development, and sales. Tom Coffey has been promoted to VP of Sales. In his new role, Coffey is responsible for “managing all day-to-day sales activities” and will continue to report to Steel. “With this new management structure, Donlen is poised to continue the tremendous growth and success we’ve experience over the past four years. I am excited that by expanding Tom Callahan, Barry Steel, and Tom Coffey’s responsibilities, we are leveraging the strengths of our management team while fostering a work environment that values employee satisfaction and development,” said Rappeport.
