PRINCETON, N.J. - Ten fleet professionals have joined the ranks as Certified Automotive Managers, attaining their Certified Automotive Fleet Managers Certificates (CAFM) from the National Association of Fleet Administrators (NAFA).

The intense course covers seven curriculum modules and must be completed within three years.

The 2006 CAFM graduates are:

  • John Alley, CAFM, City of San Diego.
  • Mark L. Bellamy, Jr., CAFM, York County, Va.
  • Raymond A. Brisby, CAFM, City of Calgary, Alberta, Canada
  • Edgar S. Burroughs III, CAFM, AFLAC, Midland, Ga.
  • Michael Camnetar, CAFM, Standard Coffee Service, New Orleans.
  • David R. Koelsch, CAFM, Devon Energy Corp., Oklahoma City.
  • Stuart May, CAFM, Ohio Turnpike Commission, Berea, Ohio.
  • Monty Perham, CAFM, Winnipeg Fleet Management Agency, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
  • Leslie J. Phillips, CAFM, Department of National Defense, Ottawa, Ontario.

    The first graduate of the 2007 class is Herbert J. Pruitt, CAFM, Massachusetts Port Authority, East Boston, Mass. He will be honored at the 2008 NAFA Fleet Institute & Expo.

    These graduations bring the total number of CFMs and CAFMs worldwide to 199. This figure includes 26 Lifetime CAFMs, 27 CFMs, and 12 CFM/CAFMs. Currently, 364 fleet professionals are enrolled in NAFA’s CAFM program.
