PRINCETON, N.J. – An educational session entitled “How to Become a CAFM” will be held Sat., May 5 at the National Association of Fleet Administrators (NAFA) conference in Houston. The course is designed for those interested in pursuing NAFA’s Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) designation.

Recently, NAFA’s Board of Trustees approved several new eligibility criteria for entrance into the CAFM program, including “employment in a position that directly or indirectly provides vehicles, products, services, support and/or consulting services to a company, agency, or organization’s fleet assets.” Now, both NAFA Members and NAFA Affiliates are eligible to join the program. Topics of discussion will include: What does the program entail? What are the specific requirements? What aspects of fleet management are covered? How will you benefit by earning your CAFM?
