ST. LOUIS – Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Nissan North America, Inc. have agreed that Enterprise will be the preferred provider for substitute transportation for all Nissan dealers in the U.S. Enterprise will provide Nissan vehicles as service loaners while warranty repairs are completed on Nissan customer vehicles. This will enhance the warranty repair experience by offering customer pick-up or delivery of comparable Nissan loaner vehicles, according to Nissan and Enterprise. Enterprise Rent-A-Car already has a relationship with many Nissan dealers. With more than 6,000 locations in the U.S., Enterprise has rental facilities within one mile of 95 percent of dealerships and, in some cases, has established an on-site office as part of the dealership offering. The Enterprise Service Quality index — known as ESQi — identifies customer concerns, measures how customers rate Enterprise, and motivates employees by directly tying compensation and advancement to customer satisfaction results.
